How To Achieve This Look:
1) Start with an eye primer so that your eyeshadow will stay on your lids for a long time. You can also try concealer.
2) Take HIP Eyeshadow in Flamboyant and take the yellow color. Take an eyeshadow brush and start from the inner corner of your eye. Dab/spread it about halfway on your lid. Keep applying the yellow until it really stands out on your eyes.
3) After the yellow eyeshadow, take the HIP Eyeshadow in Riotus and take the light green color. Use a smaller brush and start from where you left off from the yellow eyeshadow (half way on your eyes) and dab/spread it until you reach your outer corner.
4) Take HIP Eyeshadow in Riotus again and then take the dark green color. Use a crease brush and start from the outer corner of your eye and work your way into your crease (about halfway).
5) Take a blending brush and start blending out the harsh lines from between the yellow and the light green eyeshadow. Also blend the light green and the dark green eyeshadow, and lastly, blend your crease with the eyeshadow.
6) Take a liquid eyeliner in black and draw a line on your upper lash line. Make sure it is close to your eyelash line.
7) Take a pencil eyeliner in black and color in your bottom lash line (and your upper lash line if you wish).
8) (Optional: Curl your eyelashes first) Take a mascara in black and coat your eyelashes with 1 or 2 coats. Then take a eyelash curler and curl your eyelashes. (Optional: Add more mascara and curl once more)
6) Optional Steps: Add a highlighting color underneath your eyebrows. Also, if you want a more dramatic effect, add from false eyelashes.
